Booking Conditions

 Please complete the necessary details in the form including your credit card details, signature (same as in your passport & Credit Card). 

1. A $350 deposit is required to secure a booking. This deposit forms part of the payment for the trip and shall be offset to the total amount charged to the client.
2. If the full amount is not paid less than 30 days prior to departure, the Company reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled and the deposit shall be forfeited.
3. Clients booking within 30 days of tour departure are required to pay the full amount immediately to secure the reservation.
4. All bank charges are to be settled by the client  respectively. This includes transaction fees charged by our bank.

 We understand unforeseen circumstances may happen that force you to postpone and or cancel your trips. Upon receiving written notice of cancellation, we will issue the following refunds:

• 60 days or more prior to start date: Payments are 100% refundable less the $350 USD Lifetime Deposit. If you transfer to another date, your payment will be applied toward your new itinerary with no additional fees (See Rain-checks).
• Between 30 to 60 days prior to start date: You will be refunded 60% of your full payment. If you transfer to another date, your payment will be applied toward your new itinerary and you will be charged an additional $100 per person change fee.
• 10- 30 days prior to start date: No refunds available. If you transfer dates, your full payment will be applied toward your new itinerary and you will be charged an additional $150 per person change fee.

Essential, well-maintained safety equipment, and proper processes in place in the case of an emergency:

• Pulse Oximeter for daily monitoring
• Emergency oxygen & how/when to use it
• Stretcher for evacuation if a climber can’t walk
• Medical kit, replenished regularly
• Knowledge of when to call for helicopter rescue and how to stabilize a patient before they arrive
•  Your park entrance fee includes cost of rescue off the mountain which will be organized by the Tanzanian National Park Service in conjunction with our team.
